Our Goal is to provide you with a non biased general evaluation of the components within a home. We intend to provide you all of the information in regards to concerns of the property to allow you to budget accordingly, address the issues or use them to negotiate terms of the purchase.

On the surface, a home may appear in good shape, but with our experience in home inspections, we have often found a variety of issues that most buyer and sellers would not recognize. Some of the most common issues we come across are electrical defects, roofing problems, structural deficiencies, and plumbing problems. These minor deficiencies generally affect most properties on a a day to day basis.
